Here for the life of your network

Since 2012 we have designed and built meter monitoring hardware in Sofia. One team, from the device to data, working with water operators for decades.

Remote reading on the meters already installed. A Service Point fits in three minutes, with no meter replacement and no civil works.

Measure zone inlets, reservoirs and pressure points, and compare water supplied with water billed. Losses become a number per zone, not per city.

A water partner that stays the course

VIK Yovkovtsi measured their network with 17,000 findy devices across more than 30 metering zones. The result came from steady work over three years, not a quick fix.

What we measure

Every device reports over NB-IoT or LTE Cat M1 on an embedded SIM. No local gateway, no site network, no mains power.

Consumer meters

Readings straight from the meter register. Three sensor variants cover practically every meter in service.

Service Point (SP-27, SP-25, SP-26)

Zone flow

Flow at district inlets and trunk mains, so water in can be compared with water billed.

Pressure

Pressure across distribution zones and at pressure compensators.

Reservoir level

Levels in reservoirs, tanks and silos.

What councils ask...

Short answers for the people who approve the budget.

Who are we dealing with?

One team in Sofia builds the hardware, firmware, connectivity and device platform, so there is no chain of suppliers between you and the person who can fix a problem. Building industrial IoT since 2012, with over 80,000 devices manufactured.

Why now?

EU rules on leakage are tightening. Larger suppliers have had their leakage levels assessed. By 12 January 2028 the Commission must set an EU-wide threshold, and countries above it must present an action plan to reduce leakage.

Drinking Water Directive (EU) 2020/2184, Article 4(3)

What is the risk?

Every project starts with a pilot: a defined part of the network, expectations agreed in writing, typically three months. If the pilot does not deliver, there is no rollout.

Do we replace our meters?

No. The Service Point mounts on the meter you already have. The meter is not modified and its metrological approval is unaffected.

Where is our data?

For European projects, data is hosted within the European Union. Billing is integrated, and data is available over API for your existing systems.

Who reads the data?

Analysis runs on QData, from our partner Qubiqo, who are hydraulic engineers specialising in water networks.
