This remarkable device with sensor from MaxBotix is the perfect solution for any IoT application that requires reliable distance measurements.

The device is equipped with an ultrasonic sensor, enabling it to measure distances from 20cm to 5 meters with precision and accuracy.

It has a tough IP67 UV protected enclosure, making it suitable for outdoor use, and a battery that can power the device for up to 5 years.

The device is also equipped with LTE Cat M1, NB-IoT and 2G technologies, making it suitable for a variety of IoT applications. Moreover, the device has a 65K record buffer, allowing it to store data and transmit it when connected to a network.

As an optional feature, the device can be equipped with a GNSS receiver to further enhance its functionality.

How it works?

LTE Logger measures and store the samplings of Ultrasonic sensor in its 4MB internal flash memory.

If the measured value is outside than the alarm threshold the logger sends alarm report.

On the reporting interval the LTE logger makes attempt to send all the buffers stored.

On successful transmission the logger reads queued commands from findy IoT platform.
