Trailer coupling with IoT

Our IoT products are flexible and work on your existing GPS fleet management solutions. In trailer coupling, the truck’s ID sensor pairs with the device on the trailer and transfers the information to the IoT platform. Offices can remotely recognize which truck is attached to which trailer, and the data can be available across offices. The solution helps for optimal allocation to save time, fuel, and costs and improve customer relations.

On the truck’s existing GPS Fleet management compatible unit, we install an RS232 or RS485 gateway. (Compatible products include Teltonica, Ruptela, BCE, and Xirgo.) 

The gateway gives information about the closest Bluetooth Transmitter whereby the user can identify a trailer attached to a truck.

Warehouse management

Our IoT-based warehouse management system has a base station comprising a Bluetooth Low energy receiver with a GSM modem on one side and a Bluetooth Low Energy transmitter on the other.

By placing transmitters on each item, you can track them within a certain distance and base stations to cover a specific area in a warehouse.

The GSM station and units can operate within a 30m range and provide accurate information on the position of all the units equipped with Bluetooth transmitters.
